Bottle Service: Is it Worth the Hassle? (Maybe)
Is it worth it to buy and receive bottle service? Well, the answer is slightly a toss up.
Yes: There are many perks that come along with bottle service. You can usually skip the lines to enter a club for one. How great would it be to walk past everyone who has been waiting for the last 45 minutes and prance into the club like you own it?! Additionally, sometimes the cover charge gets waived! Bottle service also means that you probably get a personal bartender and lots of popularity because people want to be with the ‘rich’ person.
No: While there are some good things about bottle service, there are also some negatives. For one, you will find yourself surrounded by moochers who want to share in your wealth. This is fine if you ordered the service for attention, but not if you just wanted to chill exclusively with chosen friends. Also, bottle service means price markups that can be INSANE. For this reason, do NOT try to be a showoff if you don’t have the funds to do so. And lastly, if you don’t finish the alcohol, it is essentially wasted. What would be the point of dropping a few stacks just to have a few glasses? If I buy a bottle, I expect to drink THE WHOLE BOTTLE!
With the given information, is bottle service worth the hassle? Well…that’s going to have to be a strong MAYBE, ghostrider.
