Spring produces some of the best seasonal brews the industry has to offer that will make you want to pluck a guitar on your front porch through thunderstorm and sunset– even if you don’t know how to play guitar. Some are widely distributed while others are tucked away in modest breweries behind rolling green hills. Either way, these brews are succulent gems that deserve a chance in your cooler.

21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon

This summery treat is light yet perfectly balanced with real watermelon flavor. It is a crispy wheat beer available on draft or in cans from April until September.

Blue Moon First Peach Ale

This juicy yet fuzzy brown ale is an early spring release, just out of winter. The caramel notes give the brew hints of cobbler while the peachy presence keeps it delightfully summery. It is available from January until March, but if you’re lucky you might find one hiding on the back shelf of the cooler.
